On Thurs., Jun 15, Saks Fifth Avenue in Beachwood Place honored local fathers at the Fathers of Cleveland event, an event celebrating Father's Day and highlighting some of the local medical community's most noteworthy and caring dads. The men selected to be honored at the event were:
Dr. Lee Ponsky, Director of Urologic Oncology, University Hospitals
Brian Smith, Director, Strategic Project Development of Cleveland Clinic Hospital
Scott Hamilton, Director of Development, Hanna Perkins
Rob Stall, President, Medina Hospital
Rob Namy, Regional VP of Acquisitions of Weston
Each honoree was outfitted in Saks Fifth Avenue clothing, including emcee Michael Cardamone from WKYC's Good Company. Details of the men's stylish outfits:
Cardamone: high twist worsted wool suit with lavender shirt and tie, all from Saks Fifth Avenue Men's Collection.
Ponsky: linen sport coat and plaid shirt by BOSS Black, dark denim jeans and suede shoes.
Hamilton: six-pocket nylon jacket, merino wool sweater and cotton twill chino-style trousers by Saks Fifth Avenue Men's Collection, accessorized with a Burberry duffle bag.
Stall: blue check sport coat, silver tie and Egyptian cotton shirt, all by Saks Fifth Avenue Men's Collection. He also wore Armani linen trousers and navy suede shoes.
Namy: linen jacket and yellow tie, with a Saks Fifth Avenue Men's Collection shirt.
(Smith was not present, so his son Riley accepted his award.)
"The Saks Fifth Avenue Collection is very easily integrated into some of our own designer merchandise that Saks offers," said Manager of the Men's Store, Dave Galipo, as he announced the outfits.
During the event, 10 percent of every purchase at Saks benefited MedWish, an organization that distributes unused medical supplies in the U.S. to developing countries in need.
