Expect to see a new, improved H&M this fall at Crocker Park.
Moving from its current double-story location, the new store will be located near the American Greetings headquarters and will be occupy a larger (by approximately 7,000 square feet), single-story space. The store will feature expanded offerings, including the Ladies L.O.G.G. concept.
“We are excited to work with H&M and help them expand their blueprint into the new single floor space they were looking for,” said Bob Stark, president of Stark Enterprises, in a statement. “With the announcement and planned construction, the timing is perfect, and H&M should be in by the holidays.”
H&M will join Crocker Park’s other current Phase III tenants including: 3 Palms Pizza, Dino Palmieri, Graeter’s Ice Cream, Homage, Lululemon Athletica, Lush, Michael Kors, Orvis, Papyrus, Privé Nail Spa, Sur la Table, Starbucks, and Vionic.
